1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any stains

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Sale
  • Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, and underwear
  • Accessories (including earrings, hats, and hair accessories) for hygiene reasons

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@glowmolly.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval before sending the item back

👉 Once approved, we will provide the correct return instructions.

❗ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
❗ The address listed on our website is not a return address


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect

Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned in a condition that does not fully meet our requirements.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

GLOW MOLLY is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
